FAQ and Additional information

Do you offer pick up?  Yes!  You can pick up your items at 195 Freedom Drive Georgetown TX, 78626          Our pickup hours are between 8am-8pm. Your orders will be in a wooden box in driveway. Please note items will be left outside. We are not responsible for items once they are put in the cabinet. We will do our best to send multiple notifications when your order is ready for pick up. Please make sure to watch your email for all notifications. We will do our best to move pick up items inside if we know its going to rain, however we make no guarantees 

I'm not sure which shirt style and size I need, what do I do? Please refer to our Size chart   and our shirt Shirt style details page. If you're still unsure and you would like to touch, feel or try on, you are more then welcome to come to our shop. Please contact me for a time and day 

Can I get a different brand/shirt style then what I see listed?  Yes! Contact us before placing order and we can make adjustments as necessary 

I saw a design on a different website can you make it? More then likely yes, contact me for further information 

What is the best way to get ahold of us? You can either text or email, text is preferred 

Do you offer whole sale and bulk ordering? Yes and Yes! Contact us for more information and pricing 

I ordered the wrong size/color/ shirt style, what do I do? Please contact us as soon as you notice the error. If you item isn't in production yet we can make adjustments as needed. If production has already started, unfortunately you would have to place another order. We can provide a 10% discount code on your second order 

Do you offer refunds? No, unfortunately not. All of our items are custom made to order. Refunds will only be given if the error is on Prime Apparel Outfitters

I received my order but something is wrong, what do I do?  First review your order to make sure you ordered the desired color/shirt/style then contact Prime Apparel Outfitters and let us know the problem. We will either refund or remake the item for free. 100% customer satisfaction is our main priority 

How long will it take to receive my order? We do our very best to have items out in 10 business days or less. However we can't control weather or shipping delays 

Can I get my item shipped? Yes! We ship to all the connected 48 states. We charge a flat $4 shipping fee. All orders over $100 will receive free shipping 

Do you offer shirts that are pre made and are ready for pick up? Yes! Please check our boutique collection, as always feel free to contact us to see if we have anything additional in stock
